We handle inbound leads and outbound calls to drive revenue, provide professional sales outsourcing to grow your business, and deliver targeted outreach to fill your pipeline with qualified leads while scaling sales efforts efficiently.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Businesses must be duly authorized. We reserve the right to refuse service.
2. Services Description
We provide BPO solutions including lead handling, outbound calling, sales funnel optimization, targeted outreach, and traffic boosting. Services are non-exclusive and subject to availability. Custom scopes require written agreements.
3. Accounts and Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for account security—notify us of breaches at hello@zedsource.com.
4. Fees and Payment
Services may involve fees outlined in quotes or invoices. Payment terms: net 15 days via approved methods. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. All fees non-refundable except as stated. Prices exclude taxes—you pay applicable sales/use taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to Services, content, scripts, call templates, and data analytics (excluding your pre-existing IP). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your data/content for service delivery and improvement. Output (e.g., leads) is yours, subject to our rights.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Services for illegal purposes, spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Interfere with Services (e.g., reverse engineering).
- Provide false lead data or violate third-party rights.
We may terminate violators immediately.
7. Lead Generation and Calls
Outbound calls comply with TCPA, TSR, and global laws (e.g., GDPR consent rules). You represent leads are lawfully obtained and consent to contact. We are not liable for call outcomes. Recordings may be used for quality/training.
8. Disclaimers
Services provided “AS IS.” We disclaim warranties, express/implied, including merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. Lead quality/traffic results not guaranteed—markets fluctuate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. No consequential, indirect, punitive damages. No liability for third-party actions (e.g., payment processors).
10. Indemnification
You indemnify us against claims from your use, data, or violations. We indemnify for our gross negligence only.
11. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for breach, non-payment, or at discretion (with notice where possible). You may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Sections 4-15 survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
Governed by Texas law (excluding conflicts). Venue: Dallas County, Texas courts. Binding arbitration under AAA rules for disputes under $50,000 (waives class actions). International users consent to Texas jurisdiction.
13. Force Majeure
No liability for delays from events beyond control (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, regulations).
14. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms—posted notice required for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. Severability. No waivers unless written. Assignment: we may; you may not without consent. Export controls apply.
